Did you like vanilla milk as a kid?

You can buy vanilla milk, but it has so many ick ingredients. What could be a healthy snack has been reduced to processed junk food due to tons of sugar, artificial flavors, pasteurized milk, and thickeners.
This mix is easy to make and when added to raw milk is actually GOOD for you.
It's also really good in kefir!

You don't need to cook anything. Mix up a pint and keep it in the fridge. Both maple and vanilla have long shelf lives.
Anytime you or your kids want a healthy treat, stir some of this in to a glass of raw milk.

Recipe:
10 oz maple syrup
3 oz vanilla extract
Pour maple syrup into a pint jar up to the 10 oz line, then add vanilla till it's almost full.
Stir until you can feel the thickness of the syrup dissolve and blend into the vanilla. Consider putting a pour spout lid on the jar of vanilla-maple for easy pouring.
Depending on how sweet you like it, to a pint sized serving of milk stir in 1 or 2 tablespoons of the maple vanilla mix.
Thank goodness healthy food doesn't have to taste like kale.
